Adolescent Youth with Potential

Hi all, ive recently returned to collecting and painting 40k. I had a small force of ultramarines when i was younger, and have recently started to gather together some dark angels after a 12 years away from painting.
Looking forward to getting some opinions and pointers to help improve my painting skills.
