As for the las-tl plas turret, GW doesn't sell one, even on FW. Most people will convert one using the two lascannons that come with the Razorback. Cut the barrel off of one and add the barrels/bodies of two plasma guns in its place. An easy enough conversion, provided you have the plasma to butcher.

For the las-plas razorback turret, you couldm also pick up a 3rd part turret, or try and ge one of the original razorback turrets that used this weapons loadout (however they look a bit iffy these days).
