Please comment and improve my list.

Tactical squad (10) lascannon, meltagun, combi-melta, Razorback w/ TL Lascannon
Tactical squad (5) meltagun, combi-melta, Razorback w/ TL Lascannon
DA Tactical squad (5) meltagun, combi-melta, Razorback w/ TL Lascannon

Elites

Fast Attack
Stormtalon w/ Skyhammer ML
Stormtalon w/ Skyhammer ML
DA Darkshroud

Heavy Support
Thunderfire Cannon
Thunderfire Cannon
Auto/las Predator
DA Auto/las Predator

Fortifications
ADL

The basic concept is an extra resilient gunline (the ADL can be deployed either close to my edge or more in the middle):
Iron Hands trait for most marines and vehicles
I can bolster 3 ruins and benefit from 3+ cover saves.
My vehicles can hide behind the ADL and have a 3+ cover (due to darkshroud) or enjoy 4+ invulnerable thanks to PFG

An obvious suggestion would be to take las/plas razorbacks but i am not sold on the idea..

Is it any good? Do i have a chance if i take it for an ultra competitive tourney?
Thanks!

No feedback?

Is it that bad?

I'm pretty bad at critiquing lists, but this does seem pretty solid.

I personally feel like if you come up against a clever opponent they will box you in hard, or use terrain to bring your razorbacks into a firing ally.

Its a nice shootie list but in a competitive tourney you will still face the same problems that marines did before.

- Imperial guard still got a better gunline and better flyers so if the get first turn you could start packing.
- You got no real counter attack unit so a Daemon flying MC list could also mess up your gunline.
- Wave serpents can kill anything on your list (Serpent shield ignores cover) and take a lot of lascannon shots themselves.

It's not a bad list but I don't think it will hold up in a ultra competitive tourney. If you're a good player you will still win sum no doubt.

Competitive space marine lists are hard by their definition to put together. You can put solid lists together on a case by case basis but Space marines suffer the all comers problem.

They can tailor a list to beat any army specifically but usually struggle to beat a tournament structure.

Sorry but this is pants. In 6th edition you do not need a counter attack unit. There's enough shots in this army to knock DPs out of the sky and kill it. Even if one makes it in, it kills a squad and then gets killed, and no squad in this army is a good trade-off for a DP.

Honestly I think this is a great list however the Master of the Forge doesn't really add anything to it and ironically is the weakest link. That being said there's no obvious character choice for an army like this, though if you are worried about the above point from shogun, you could always go with a Force Axe/Storm Shield Libby.

I think you need to rework your weapons too. I know you can combat squad, but you won't always want to do this, and having a backfield Lascannon mixed with a close-up Flamer or Melta is bad. Go with a Plasma Gun instead.

maybe so, but most competitive list got a wraithknight and/or riptide that can still kick around and it really comes in handy. This list got a lot of shooting to compensate but its still a weakness. I would recommend to get Tigurius. You can even boost him up with biomancy (iron arm and warpspeed) and he becomes a close combat monster himself.

Thanks for all the replies!
Indeed, the Master of Forge does not add something special in the list.. A bolstered ruin and a conditional long range weapon but i have no other alternatives..
The only solution would be a plain 65 pt Libby, but i do not have something really special in mind that i can spend the 45 pts i would have spare..

You coul buy a gun for the ADL for one of the lascannon sgts to use or even for the librarian with PFG to use.

I think a squad of deathwing hammenators dropping behind enemy lines would go a long way to help balance this list. Gives the enemy something to be scared of and keep him honest. Unless your going against tau, then they will just get interceptored to death. But if your clever when you bring them in and where you put them they can be a pretty effective tool.

This is one of the best ideas, but i most games i will have to place the ADL a bit upfield, so the the quad gun will not be easily mannable..

I do like the Deathwing idea, it honestly never crossed my mind..
But what could i remove from the list to make it happen? It seems i can not removed 225 pts minimun without tearing up the whole strategy..
