Hello , Like the title implies this is my first attempt at the painting side of things. Attached are photos of the Leman Russ me and my girlfriend did up tonight and I was just curious if there are any products I can spray on to get an overall darker feel to the paint job ? Again this is my first and comments and criticism would be appreciated.
Never done anything with flock before but I though I would try it out to give it some texture, Thanks again for taking the time to look over the model and Ill be putting up more pictures once my new guard heads come in and I get my first squad up and running.

Its impressive, I can't tell if you washed it, if you want a darker tint, try either Agrax Earthshade or whatever Badab Black became.

You can airbrush a wash on and instead of it going into recesses, it will simply darken the entire model, useful if you just want a darker look to the entire model. With this shade I would go agrax earth shade.

Also when using sand and dirt as texture, you can try painting it. Natural earth looks out of scale when not painted.

you could literaly airbrush on thinned black paint from a distance. might work. I recommend using thinned down washes, like geedubs' nuln oil, as it generaly darkens the whole thing.
