No it is not competitive. I don't really see any units with a defined role. Only the Sky hammer Talon is competitive from your list and he needs a buddy to be effective. I don't really understand any decisions you've made.

I don't have any bias towards IH, I just want to see if I'm able to make a Drop Pod non-Salamanders list. If you have any tactica/advice, that'd be helpful

Ultramarines are also very effective at drop poding. Those cooldowns are really clutch, Calgar giving you an extra when needed if you want to use him. Tigurius reraoling reserves and throwing buffs.

Sure Salamanders edge out the blue boyz and pedro but both of those chapter tactic centric armies still are very good at the job.

I need to return some video tapes.

I've seen some, but what would a competitive Tigurius Drop Pod list at 1500 points look like?
