Welcome to Dakka!
First off, I'll be frank that my CSM list is fairly lacking. However, I'll see what I can do to help.
-You lack mobility by a large margin. I recommend a Nurgle Biker lord because he'll be a real powerhouse and will be a serious threat.
-I'd take out the Obliterator to give your Plague Marines Rhinos.
I'm not sure how the points work out, but those are my initial reactions to your list.

If you're going to take one Obliterator, you might as well take two or three! But since this is a 750 list, it may be better to take something else.
Typhus is wayyyy too expensive for such small amount of points. Better to take a Nurgle Lord/Sorcerer with a Palanquin of Nurgle.

typhus is way too expensive for a 750 point army. I agree with Dr. Temujin that you should take a MoN Lord, you can't take a sorcerer because the PM wouldn't be troop choices. Another option you have is to take Typhus and spam cultists with one heldrake

I agree with previous posters that Typhus is a bit expensive for a 750pts game. I would also say that PMs might be a bit on the expensive side aswell. You may want to look into taking maybe one group of PMs and two CSM squads with MoN instead and get some more points over to play with!
You should also consider picking two Obliterators in one group (with MoN they are much hardier) since they can take more wounds without succumbing to enemy fire since you can split the wounds over them!
