I really like the Ted talks and would be interested to see what the ones are that stand out in people's minds here.
This is one that really catches my interest since I have been working for 20 years in a company that I have seen grow from just a few people to over 1,000 and has been able to avoid the split spoken of. It's interesting how he shows how the split applies to the U.S.
