They have rules and SCs in IA12 (that's their most recent appearance).

Other than the extra rules they use the Vanilla Codex, they just really like beating the crud out of other Marine chapters. Mostly because the High Lords of Terra ask them really really nicely ("pretty please with sugar, cream and sprinkles on top") and no one asks them nicely to stop.

It's hard to match the HLoT in a competition of bling-production. The Minotaurs are noted as being exceptionally well-equipped.

Yup. Ecclesiarchy is the only organization that can match them, but that's only because they have the entire Imperium paying them tithes pretty much daily.

For good reason though, the Ecclesiarchy isn't allowed to fund Space Marine chapters.

Well as a replacement using them with black templars rules the profile for the high marshal looks like it would fit, albeit that moloc is in terminator armor the marshal runs a 2+/4+ it would fit quite well.

Given I know people don't like using forge world rules xD

The problem is when you don't use FW you lose their characters and their big defining rule that makes them better at killing other loyalist Marines.

That is true.
Though I'm not at a great a loss about the marine killing. Given how aggressive they are replacing the leader with the high marshall he would instead have the ability to inspire a heroic charge of bloody-sheddy goodness of hatred and such.

Though I'm curious, power weapons, if they are represented as spears are there profiles different? I remember reading about there being differences dependant on how the power weapon is portrayed i.e power axe's are AP two though there is no option to buy them specifically only 'power weapon'

Spears have their own rules. IF I remember correctly they're S+1, AP3 on the charge and S: User, AP4 the turn afterwards, but you'll want to check the book to confirm.
