When they are fighting in reality they are ugly, evil, bloody, violent creatures but how to they look like when in Warp? Daemons are like that in reality because people imagines them like that right?

A really really bad trip.

Also a short one. You would have to be in the warp to see them...which doesn't end well...

Ever changing and mutable nightmares.

As far as all the lore and fluff I have read, they look the same in the warp. Pink horrors are described as "impossible" in more than one account. That the human mind strains to comprehend them. I have never read anything that daemons look the way they do because humans imagine them like that.

Remember, humanity does not know of the existence of daemons. Only some of the astartes and the inquisition do.

Daemons derive their appearance from human nightmares. Everything is the Warp is given shape by our inner psyche.

Depending on whether the Daemon is created by one of the Warp Gods, or is just one of the multitudes of unaligned Warp Entities that populate the Immaterium, a Daemon either appears as their patron deity decides they do, or it appears however the feth it wants to.

It is best to be a pessimist. You are usually right and, when you're wrong, you're pleasantly surprised.

In the Dark Apostle series, the Word Bearers travelled with DAemons called Kathartes (Spelling, I haven't read it in w hile), while they're in the warp they appeared as Angelic creatures, but when summoned to reality they were more akin to skinned harpies.

This is from the perspective of a Dark Apostle, the same guy who was swooning over "the beauty" of raw Chaos that every other source describes as horrifying beyond imagining.

I think depends entirely on who is watching them and where their alligences lie. For example, a slaanesh worshiper might see Daemonettes as impossibly beautiful woman (think 4e models) while everyone else sees them as horrifying Marilyn-Manson shemales (think 5e models).

Remember that the Warp in shaped by thought and emotion. Nothing is set in stone their appearance-wise

You cannot grasp the true form of Daemons.

The Kasrkin were just men. It made their actions all the more astonishing. Six white blurs, they fell upon the cultists, lasguns barking at close range. They wasted no shots. One shot, one kill. - Eisenhorn: Malleus

I think Stormtruppen sums it up the best and even gives a cool visual. They are beyond our comprehension.

A Heretic may see the truth and seek redemption. He may be forgiven his past and will be absolved in death. A Traitor can never be forgiven. A Traitor will never find peace in this world or the next. There is nothing as wretched or as hated in all the world as a Traitor. - Cardinal Khrysdam, Instructum Absolutio

OK

In the Eisenhorn series the daemon Churubael is described as a ball of light with a gibbering creature moving with no purpose or something like that. It's been about six years since I read it though.

The warp itself doesn't really have a true form in the first place, technically. Thus, it probably varies depending on the viewer (POSSIBLY like how the dark apostle sees the kathartes as beautiful) and/or how the god wants the daemons to appear.

It's stated that the realm of chaos itself, where the gods have their battlegrounds, wouldn't have any form at all if Tzeentch didn't go shape one up.

Those that actually have been in the warp and survived gave conflicting accounts of what things look like, although most were metaphorically similar enough besides descriptions of Tzeentch's realm, and I think most daemons generally looked the same there.

They don't look like anything. The warp is a dimension of psychic energy. You'd just see a bit of warp energy moving about independantly.
