I'm going to be playing an eldar serpent spam/wraith guard list and a grey knights list that uses some guy that destroys reserves/deep strikers (I know nothing about GKs) and wanted to try something different with my tau. I'd appreciate critiques tips on how to deal with them and opinions

In general you're lacking firepower and scoring. Markerlights are great, but you need something to use them on. That said...

Troops: You need more scoring. A good general rule is 1 troop per 500 pts (so 3 for 1500). Kroot would probably be a good addition here due to their ability to outflank and snipe, which will come in hand against wraiths and GKs. Devilfish are probably not worth their points here, espeically with wave serpents about.

Fast: You're probably good with dropping at least one squad (maybe a couple additional pathfinders)

Heavy: you're heavy on heavy. I'd suggest switching one of the hammerheads for broadsides or using it for increased scoring.

I might get flak for this, but please don't use the word "rape" in that way. Its offensive.
