Hello everyone

Many years ago i did start a log on Cmon but with work, life ect ect i didnt really carry on with it, here's a link if anyones interested - http://www.coolminiornot.com/forums/showthread.php?35862-Sternguard

Anyway after a couple of years of not doing much painting ect i had decided to do a little bit and get my enthusiasm back, so i bought a Warhound Titan! lol

I bought it about a month ago and after getting my grubby hands on all the parts drooling over the detail, ideas of posing, trolling the interweb for ideas of painting, i cleaned all the parts, trimmed and primed.

Here i am now, i got the painting idea off here, cant remember the thread but his was a commission and for golden daemon.

So let me know what you think. posts will be slow as I work long hours and only really have weekends to do anything.

Rules for this blog......Just be nice no slagging off about gw price ect ect ect and no off topics please but critique about my painting and modeling of my models is fine.

Enjoy

I drew the lines with blue ink and with a tooth pick, ice blue edging then filled with caledor sky blue.

I know its been a while but with work and other problems its been slow progress and theres soooo much detail on this i get easily distracted, so iv planned to start from the feet and make my way up painting each bit untill im happy with it.

and if i don't have enough on my plate already i bought this, which is blightwheel prometheous model

I'm not sure on the head that was supplied with it, its too round for my liking, i tried to flatten the side which had made it look a bit better. do any of you have any ideas that might make it look better?

C+C always welcome

Ok it's been a while but I have been suffering from depression and havn't really been in the mood to do anything let alone painting.

But now im feeling a bit better and have been putting paint on the brush once again.

I have put eveything together.
Just got to repaint the main body from dark blue to boltgun metal

And something I ordered on Friday that got delivered today

Lots of trimming, cleaning, dry fitting, filling and then eventually paint.
Now do I go with the same paint pattern as my warhound or does anyone have ideas as to how the forge world paint job is done?

Good luck, is all I can say. My Reaver was an absolute nightmare to get right when it came to the legs.

We'll see, they say the warhound feet and legs are a pain in the a$$ but I didn't find them that hard to do. I'll be painting everything first before assembly as I cant stand not being able to get to everything

after reading how forge world did their gold edging, i got some oil paint and had a go after practicing on the spare shin guard i went straight to the warhound head and while not going all over with the wash i just did the edges which worked.
So here are a couple of pics of it

It's been a while once again but due to depression and suffering with crohns disease i'm slowly starting again so heres a few updates

painted and build most of the warhound just the tedious little things to do now like cables and trying to get it to stand flat on the base.

And the reaver has paint, iv built the legs up and the main body and after painting the armour i need to oil wash the edges.

well here I am again not very good with doing blogs but once in awhile I have a spurt on and post pics.

Now I got excited when harlequins came out as been a fan of them since they first appeared many moons ago and I had to pick some up, I have the new old metal ones from what seems only a few years ago, picked up a couple of the new boxes along with star weavers and sky weavers.

the first box I'm going to pose in the gw way and the pics below are the second box with conversions.

And with the new knight warden coming out next week I thought well I'm almost half way with one lol
