So my idea is to put Vulkan & Comm squad in a Land Raider, attach Techmarine to Sternguard also in a land rsider & Combat squad both tacticals, one deployed in Rhino the other in a land raider. The scouts will take advantage of cloaks & bolstered defense from Techmarine.
So far I'm at 1835 points. What do you think I should do with the extra 15-165 points?

More sturngurd. Also, you have no anti-air, but i guess that it doesn't matter when you have 3 landraiders. I can see this struggling with FMC's and horde, and of course, Tau.

I would use the last 15 points for something like 1 more stern guard. :(

You do have a small air weakness, but really you can ignore air when your in 3 av 14 fridges.

I would use the last 165 points for a storm talon, just to add a pitch hit and some distraction. (You still have 30 points left over) I beef a squad or use upgrades.

Why scouts? To give up first blood? Let your opponent do that.
