I would swap all the swords for mauls on the Honourguard. They'll murder MEQs with either and the Maul's are superior against literally everything else.
As stated above Dreadknights will ruin you so swapping 1 unit for TH/SS terminators.
I would consider dropping an Honour guard for a Chapter banner in whatever squad you put Calgar. That squad goes from 46 attacks to 52 attacks, with Calgar getting SEVEN on the charge himself!!

Yeah Mauls are only AP4 but with 5 S6 attacks each on the charge you'll kill marines through weight of saves. Plus you've got the AP2 coming at the end too.
I think its looking pretty solid. It is a rock paper scissors army but at least it is the Rock to the Tau scissors.
