This is setup to benefit from the UM doctrines as much as possible; I can see a mass flyer list giving me a hard time but otherwise I think this can be reasonably competitive:

Calgar will join the sterns to tank some wounds on turn 1 upon podding. I'm thinking devastator doctrine might be ideal on turn 1 to allow the PC devs to move up in the rhino and still fire and allow re-roll on snap-fires. Turn 2 tactical doctrine (hopefully all tacts will be on the board and well positioned by then) + Termies. Seems like it could be a good hammer/anvil list between the pods and rhinos. Plenty of buffed scoring units and firepower.
