This list would work much better in a doubles tourney, and with a significantly larger amount of anti-tank.
But this is what i have and i will be trying this list shorty for fun.
I am trying to make the abyssal staff the workhorse of my army, it has a great stat line and only suffers from range and if the opponent has high leadership.
The staff needs no roll to hit, is str 8 ap 1, and ignores cover. whats not to like?

My phalanx marches up the field gaussing vehicles if possible, with 15 man warrior squads running next to the arks supported by the overlords.
These either absorb fire or get left alone to blast away.
There is two courts with a single veil and 2 harbingers of storm, these units bounce around the board as a nuisance and open up tanks.(try them sometime, the unit is awesome)
The ever-living rule grants them the ability to get up even if they are wiped.
The veils are also another abyssal staff, just in case my other 4 miraclously get wiped out in their transports.

My allies, are grand indeed. The weaken resolve power lowers an enemies leadership(barring no successful deny the witch) to 2, which maes all my staffs wound on 2+ and instant death.

I take it you saw the finale of Breaking Bad as well? Or watchmen, or neither and actually the Shelly poem?

Either way, I like the concept for the list. The 2 man stormtek/single veiltek squad has a lot of utility, but be careful that it survives the first turn so it can pop up and down. That much haywire will rape just about any tank around, and the dakka/flamer does well for small squads of footsloggers.

The despiarteks in the arks I am not sold on though. The ark is going to take a while to get into range, so the shot is limited. I would go with lanceteks instead for the ranged shot. Weaken resolve can also work to force units to run from damage, not just make your fancy flamer wound easy.

Also like lords with orbs near arks for extra hard to kill warrior blobs. Consider swapping a lord for zandrek, as he costs about the same, but is a bit tougher and has the special rule boost/stealing. Adds utility and durability to a warlord, freeing up points to boot.

Not sold on your ally detatchment as the psyker squad is easily killed with a perils or chimera explosion, etc. That said, chimeras are good and so are meltavets. What is the plan for the primaris psyker?

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.

Gawd.. I gotta go to my lfgs and figure out what any of this Necron stuff means..

I am the kinda ork that takes his own washing machine apart, puts new bearings in it, then puts it back together, and it still works.

My primaris psyker was going to chance the biomancy table, trying for enfeeble since it is the only stat debuff i could find. or just take the primaris for some str 4 ap2 shots.
This list was prompted by a need to exploit the necrons rare ability to deny saves of any kind, originally i wanted portals of exile, time's arrow c'tan, whip coils, trans dimensional beamers everything backed by allied psykers, with enfeeble and weaken resolve, but alas it would be extremely point heavy.

So do you think the list could work?

I like the concept of the list and it should work, have a couple of comments and suggestions:

The main issue with blobs of warriors is the fact they can get swept easily. Shooting them to death is a difficult task, with GA and orb support. (Btw, I don't think you can reanimate the blob from the ever-living overlord. A normal lord, maybe, but not the overlord because the Overlord is a unit by himself). So, in your current list, your main anti CC deterrent is the two despairteks in each GA - the intention obviously is that these will wipe out any incoming threats. However, doing that means that for much of the game the templates are wasted (because, tough as a GA is, you definitely don't want it to get assaulted so it needs to be at least 18" away from incoming threats).

I honestly don't see the value those allies are bringing. Those 380 points would be MUCH better spent on Crons. For example, you could get two AB, three spyders and 3 scarab bases which would give you tougher vehicles, better AA, better anti-MC, better counter assault and better AV.

For your jump courts, I generally find that 2 stormteks are overkill from an AT perspective. So, you could go Veiltek, Despairtek, Stormtek to give better AI. That would also mean that you could swap 2 despairteks for lanceteks.

With the lanceteks you could either attach one to each GA warrior squad, but I find they are more effective in pairs, so I'd attach them both to one squad. Lanceteks are becoming more useful, because as characters you can use them (with some luck) to snipe out characters or special weapons from enemy squads.

Just my 2c, feel free to ignore!

I really don't understand why you'd waste those points on allies. Necrons don't need them. 3 x barges and some wraiths will do more damage than any humans will.
