Ok, I've typed the list and put it in a fresh thread.
As for comments, just want to know peoples thoughts, especially on the aspect warriors as I've never used them! Perhaps hints as to where I might be lacking.
So, the list typed is;
Farseer 100 Pts
Warlock council x3 105 Pts
Spiritseer 70 Pts
Wraith guard with d scythes in a wave serpent with SL, holo fields and SC 355 Pts
Rangers x5 60 points
Dire avengers x9 + exarch with dire sword in a wave serpent with BL, holo fields and SC 305 Pts
Striking scorpions x5 + exarch with scorpions claw and crushing blow
Howling banshees x5 + exarch with executioner in a wave serpent with SL, holo fields and SC 255 pts
Dark reapers x4 + exarch with EML, Flakk missiles, fast shot and night vision
Wraith lord with 2 flamers and 2 star cannons - warlord 160 Pts
Wraith knight 240 Pts.
Obviously where it says + exarch it increases the unit size. So there's 10 avengers, 6 scorpions etc
The list is 1997 Pts in total, I really want to find 29 points from somewhere to give to the reapers for the tougher missiles, but then I'm concerned I'm ploughing too many points into them! The basic tactic is to use the seer at back field to guide units and potentially doom anything that gets too close! (If I'm lucky enough to role it!) and use the warlocks to protect him. With the divination primarus power being similar to guide, I should be able to buff to units a turn. Hoping one to be the reapers with their superior range to the rest of the army. The wraith guard are in there to shift any heavy emplacement infantry off of objectives. Their scythes ignoring all cover and armour and the spirit seer allowing them some extra mobility with iyanden a voice of twilight. The banshees are a similar principle, should be able to hit a squad before they even know their coming! With the protection of the serpent. The rangers are there as back field objective holders, and the avengers look like a good multiple purpose unit. Able to sit back and hold, with decent firepower if things get close, equally with a serpent they have the mobility to shoot forward! The scorpions are in because I like them! They give me a wonderful infiltrate option. The wraith knight I don't need to explain. It will hunt anything big and nasty and crush it whilst soaking up a lot of inevitable fire power. The Lord is the same, with the ability to shoot any elite troops. Plus he's my warlord, as he has good survivability.
Things I'm not too sure on, are wether to add starshots to the reapers, wether to make the seer the warlord, and wether to use SL or BL on the avengers serpent. 2 of the serpents have SL and one with BL at the minute. Means 2 can shred infantry and 1 can help hunt tanks!
Let me know. Cheers. Automatically Appended Next Post: Ok - quick update. I've dropped the EML and flakk missiles from the reaper exarch. I've also dropped crushing blow from the scorpion and changed the two starcannons on The Lord to shuriken cannons. Means he has less range but more shots, still with a potential to ignore armour. That's given me enough points to take starshot missiles on all the reapers!

Since your warlord is the Wraithlord I take it your using the Iyanden Supplement? If your going the Iyanden route, I would make the Wraithknight the warlord instead as they are quite difficult to kill and make good use of the warlord traits. Another thing to consider is the shadow council, as spiritseers are functionally 2 warlocks at once, but better with ld9 and 2 powers/charges. This also boosts your wraith presence.
A farseer with 3 warlocks is a very easy target to kill, and will die quickly to any fire pointed their way. Drop the warlocks and consider spiritseers(they can go with your aspect warriors to boost them) and put the farseer somewhere safe like the reapers or drop altogether.
Your a bit light on scoring units, but that said I would drop the rangers. Jetbikes are better, but a serpent full of wraithguard, avengers or guardians would be best.
Scorpions are okay, but best to boost the numbers if you want them. Take monster hunter- it is incredibly cheap for what you get and gives your scorpions more flexibility.
Banshees are...well, terrible. The exarch is really the only redeeming part of the squad, but won't really carry combat and it is likely they will get gunned down before seeing combat. I would drop them and give their serpent to the reapers. The reapers can hide in it T1 and then pop out to shoot their missiles/ deploy in a nice spot.
Reapers look good if your running starshot on all, and good exarch powers.
Wraithlord probably wants the longer ranged guns, either scatter/star, scatter scatter, or lance/lance. A ghostglaive is also good.
I would keep scatter lasers on all serpents leaving S8 to the heavy support, and scytheguard/scorpions can tank hunt in a pinch.

Ok, so I've done some tinkering to increase numbers and such.
I've dropped the banshees and taken out two of the warlocks. I've also dropped the rangers. For those points, I've managed to add in 10 guardians with a shuriken cannon. They are now the proud owners of the banshees wave serpent in order to give them some mobility to counter their terrible range. They are also joined by the warlock to give them a little boost.
I have changed all serpents to TL scatter lasers. And have upgraded the wraith lord to two scatter lasers. I think I might keep him the warlord, cos the knight already draws enough fire power, and is thrust into the fray.
I have also been able to add 5 warp spiders + an exarch with a twin linked death spinner - loads of monofilament!.
Ideally the Farseer will sit with the dark reapers in cover and guide them. Let me know what you think.

Sorry but looks like a collection of models. Scorpions and Banshees are not what they used to be.

Not really, since I don't own any of them.....
Just trying to build a nice all round fluffy list. I know the scorpions are worse than they used to be, but I like the fluff!

If you want useful advice you should be more specific with what you're looking for. Like, "I want to use Striking Scorpions because of the fluff, but I know they're not great, what can I do to make them as viable as possible?"
Or: "My local playgroup is mostly MEQ's, how should I build an Eldar list that can handle these type of armies?"
Otherwise you're just going to get people who skim over your list because it contains a bunch of underpowered units and no context as to how they will be used.

MEQ's?
And how is it a list of under powered units? It says at the top, I want people's opinions on aspect warriors as I've never used them, and only ever taken wraiths.
Perhaps read properly before you gob off?

Lets see if we can give you some adivce.
Farseer with 3 warlocks isn't hard enough hitting to warrant getting it into assault, is too slow to avoid being shot/assaulted, and doesn't have conceal if using iyanden. I would drop this, the councils that work are on bikes, larger, and have dark eldar support for rerolls do you don't perils your warlocks to death.
spiritseer fine
wraith guard with d scythes fine, wave serpents fine
Rangers aren't very good compared to a 3 man jetbike squad.
Dire avengers, you might consider taking the shield / power weapon, give him a glaive so he is str 5 ap 2, i know its iniative 1 but it helps. Also it gives the entire unit a 5++. Always take TL-SL on wave serpents it twin links the rest of the guns.
Stricking scorpions x5 are fine for a small unit crushing blow and claw aren't bad for the exarch. They work, there are better units in the codex, but they can be fun to play.
Howling banshees on the other hand don't work very well. I would not buy/take these.
Dark Reapers are a mixed bag, 5 of them with starshot missiles with an exarch with fast show and EML are good, but its alot of points for what you get and they are pretty fragile.
wraith lord, if you make this your warlord over the knight your probably doing it wrong, also bring one scatter laser as it will twin link the other weapon.

I've dropped the rangers and the banshees. - see my update for changes. And the warlocks would get conceal, it's only spiritseers affected by the iyanden primarus power.

banshees are still showing up ther for me....
yes, it kind of looks like alot of units just kind of .... thrown together. viable aspect warriors:
- warp spiders
-5 Dire avengers in serepnts
-maybe hawks
everything else= sub-par
might want to consider a theme for your list. like LoT sugested
MEQs +space marines and ther equivilents.

I dropped the banshees in favour of some warp spiders. Are people not fans of dark reapers?
And it is kinda a variation of units. I'm getting very bored of the new style of eldar lists. They might be successful, but they're damn boring! Any one can take jet bike and serpent spam. I don't want that.
I read a book called the path of the seer, and that's pretty much my fluff basis, although I'm not using aliotic.
In summary, my new list at the mo is,
Farseer,
Spirit seer,
Warlock,
Wraith guard with scythes in a serpent
10 avengers in a serpent
10 guardians in a serpent
6 scorpions inc exarch
6 warp spiders inc exarch
5 reapers inc exarch
Wraith lord
Wraith knight.
All serpents have TL SL and holo fields with chin cannons. The Lord has 2 SL. The knight is standard. The reapers all have starshot missiles. There's a few extra bits and bobs, but that's the just of it. The spirit seer is designed to join the wraith guard, the warlock with the guardians for conceal, and the Farseer can join the avengers or the reapers. Automatically Appended Next Post: I did consider a serpent instead of either the spiders or scorpions for the reapers! Automatically Appended Next Post: If I drop the scorpions, I have the exact points required for a reaper serpent with TL SL, holo's and a cannon.
