Since your warlord is the Wraithlord I take it your using the Iyanden Supplement? If your going the Iyanden route, I would make the Wraithknight the warlord instead as they are quite difficult to kill and make good use of the warlord traits. Another thing to consider is the shadow council, as spiritseers are functionally 2 warlocks at once, but better with ld9 and 2 powers/charges. This also boosts your wraith presence.
A farseer with 3 warlocks is a very easy target to kill, and will die quickly to any fire pointed their way. Drop the warlocks and consider spiritseers(they can go with your aspect warriors to boost them) and put the farseer somewhere safe like the reapers or drop altogether.
Your a bit light on scoring units, but that said I would drop the rangers. Jetbikes are better, but a serpent full of wraithguard, avengers or guardians would be best.
Scorpions are okay, but best to boost the numbers if you want them. Take monster hunter- it is incredibly cheap for what you get and gives your scorpions more flexibility.
Banshees are...well, terrible. The exarch is really the only redeeming part of the squad, but won't really carry combat and it is likely they will get gunned down before seeing combat. I would drop them and give their serpent to the reapers. The reapers can hide in it T1 and then pop out to shoot their missiles/ deploy in a nice spot.
Reapers look good if your running starshot on all, and good exarch powers.
Wraithlord probably wants the longer ranged guns, either scatter/star, scatter scatter, or lance/lance. A ghostglaive is also good.
I would keep scatter lasers on all serpents leaving S8 to the heavy support, and scytheguard/scorpions can tank hunt in a pinch.
