I don't know exactly what ability my opponent was using, so bear with me. My opponent was using his 1k son chaos sorcerer and he had an ability that allowed him to slap someone with a boon it they survive the slap they get a chaos boon. If the attack does not hit does that count as surviving? My thought on this is if they are not hit they cant survive, and he was explaining it to me as the sorcerer slaps the boon onto the model. So again if he misses how does the boon transfer to the other model?

Oh yeah forgot to add he used it twice and fail the hit rolls both times. but I just let it go because I just wanted to finish the game and he was not in a position to win.

You cannot survive a hit, if you were not hit.

I had a brain fart- the hit is automatic if the power goes off, OP. Are you saying the psychic test was failed so he tried to roll on the chart?

Yeah there is no roll to hit. They automatically take a str 4 hit and if they survive they get a roll on the boon table.

Hmm.. Did he fail the psychic test? There is no to hit roll with a blessing.

Oh yes he passed the psychic test so it auto hit ok thats where he was wrong. he was then rolling to hit and to wound after that.
