Now that I see that Star Trek uses the Flight Path system like X-wing (which used from another game, which I have no idea what it was) what other license would you like to see?

I was thinking of Battlestar Galactica. I think it would be awesome to fly some vipers around. I guess the problem is they don't have many variety of ships to use, but still would love to recreate some of the BSG battles.

So what other movies/tv shows/books would be great or you would like to see using the Flight Path system?

Well, not really a book or something, but I was thinking that one could probably get a pretty good naval game with flight path- throwing in raking fire and other naval stuff for flavour.

I may be dating myself a little bit but...Carwars. Was a really fun game that was played with hand made model cars and the game was a lot like Mad Max. I think that it would work well with a flight path system.

I would love to see a StarCon game, if only so that I could play as the Pkunk and hurl insults at my opponent.

Seriously though, it could probably work with some tweaking and overhauling of certain ships.

Well the system is a re-imagining of Wings of War, whose creators have just now gone on to make a naval game using the system. Problem is, that whole system is soooooo dry, and it took FFG to inject actual soul and depth to it, via upgrades, pilots, etc... as a WoG former player, it really only dabbled in those things, and suffered for it.

I think BFG would benefit from a set series of manuever chits.

Many people have though that instead of Star Trek, we should have got a capitol ship version of Star Wars.

I was thinking BAttle star Galactica, or frigate, Destroyer and cruiser classes of ships from the MMO Eve online.
