I don't like the Dreadnought legs. And I don't care much for the Helbrute model, so I wanted to do something a little different.
Hopefully you guys could give me some feedback on my work so far. It's still missing something, but I can't put my finger on what, exactly.

That's quite nice, I don't like the dreadnought legs either.

Was able to get a little work done this morning.

I like that
Makes me think of Mech Warrior.... Give him some bigass rocket pods on the shoulders
It looks as though it can out sprint any regular dreadnought now, walking pace movement will be a shame for it hehe

'Ain't nothing crazy about me but my brain. Right brain? Riight! No not you right brain! Right left brain? Right!... Okay then lets do this!!

I actually based the design of the legs on MechWarrior. Lol. The Vulture specifically.
And if he behaves like my previous Dreads, he'll be running a lot.

Nice work. Is there scope to move the leg armour down just a touch? Where it is currently looks like it might interfere with the movement of the knee joint. Also I can recommend Sentinel legs for use with Dreadnoughts

Please excuse any spelling errors. I use a tablet frequently and software keyboards are a pain!

There is. I might have to thin it out a touch so it's not resting on the feet. And I thought about Sentinels, but I think the legs are a little longer then what I wanted.

Actually the Sentinel legs would be fine, now that I look, except I only seem to have one. Lol.

The full sentinel legs have 4 joints (waist, knee, ankle, foot) but you can easily cut out a section and reduce to 3 joints (waist, knee, foot). I've tried both

Those look pretty darn neat. If I get a third dread, I might have to try something like.

Still got a ways to go painting. I need to finish the left arm, and the feet, then decide how I wanna base it. Thought I'd update my progress though.
