THE MODEL RAILWAY SIDE OF THE BUSINESS HAS BEEN SECURED LARGELY INTACT BUT SEVERAL OF THE WARGAMES AND NAVAL COLLECTORS RANGES HAVE BEEN SOLD ON TO OTHER MANUFACTURERS. WE ARE THEREFORE IN THE PROCESS OF RE-STRUCTURING THE WARGAMES WEBSITE WHICH WILL INCLUDE A LISTING OF THESE OTHER MANUFACTURERS SO THAT YOU WILL BE ABLE TO CONTINUE YOUR COLLECTIONS. WE BEG YOUR PATIENCE FOR A LITTLE WHILE LONGER.

Well mostly back, still no idea if their Command Decision range is still in their hands or how its new owners will price the range. Hopefully they will at least have a website with images for all their products and reasonable postage rates.

Excellent, but I need some of those wonderful packs of boxes and Fuel barrels for FOW North Africa Objectives etc so the sooner they are "Back in Business" the better.

From what I've gathered the remaining assets are now in the hands of one of the former staff members, Dave Bailey. I don't think the Command Decision range was ever sold on so it will likely be available again soon.

I assume he will continue to trade under the name Skytrex. It's an established brand after all.

Another newsletter update

Today we have begun the re-introduction of other ranges onto our website. The first is the Davco 1/3000 range: Battle Packs, all of the WWI models,British and French WWII models plus the Merchant Ships, Liners and Harbour accessories. The remainder of this range will follow in the next few days.

Command Decision isn't listed on the "Who's Got It Now!" page... which seems to indicate that Skytreks still owns them. Paired with the text on the main page

Davco 1/3000 range being introduced this week!
First sections will be Battle Packs, WW1, Merchant Ships, Liners, Harbour Accessories. Followed smartly by WWII !

It seems that Command Decision will be back sooner rather than later.

Great news! I'm a big fan of some of their Command Decision stuff, and I'm glad to see it's back!

How does their range compare to FoW and PSC ranges?

I have mainly FoW and PSC tanks but want some more quite tempted by the CD range.

As far as their infantry goes, I wouldn't mix them on the same stand, but you could definitely mix them in the same company (and maybe even in the same platoon, depending on the range).

With the vehicles, you'd probably want to pick one or the other, because you'll probably see a noticeable difference there.
