So facing my usual opponent who will be playing Blood angels, Furioso with frag cannon, 2 assault squads and a Baal Pread and Razorback, DC and Lemmy.

Couple of things I've noticed here as a fellow Dark Angels player...

You do realize Azrael makes those Deathwing troops,right? Since you're not planning on running a dualwing list, why waste the points? Grab Belial instead- cheaper, lets you deepstrike all those lovely Deathwing in without a scatter.. it's a no-brainer.

As for those tactical squads you're running- I assume since there's no mention otherwise, you're planning to footslog all those troops across the board. If that's your plan, then have at it- just be warned that they're probably going to be seriously chewed up quickly and you're going to be handing your opposition a lot of relatively easy kill points. Maybe take one of those squads out and invest in some transport- a drop pod or two, maybe a Razorback. Get these guys across the board quickly or else they'll be torn to ribbons before they get the chance to.

Now about your librarian- the way he is right now, he's kinda squishy. And being Mastery 1, you're probably planning to pop off a single power each turn. Kinda screws you if the squad he's with winds up in close combat and you find yourself without the warp charge to use your force weapon. For the investment of a few points,you can give him Termie armor and level 2. I've done it and believe me, it's well worth the investment- especially if you're putting him with the DW and coming in with them. Prescience giving the termies twin-linked shots every turn (provided your libby passes the test) is sure helpful, and a 2+ armor with an invul sure beats the hell out of standard power armor.

Blood angels have a hard time dealing with 2+ saves. So pack in some more terminators.

I wanted Azrael for the rules basically. Was gonna dig in and form a gun line, let him come to me basically.

Deep strike terminators. Take out all his AP2 weaponry and your golden. Just watch out for DC w/ a Chaplin. They WILL wreck a squad through sheer number of wounds. DW command squad w/ apoc would be good here for those 2+/5+
