If I am playing space marines and have Imperial guard allies with an astropath, do I benefit from the +1 to reserve rolls on my space marines arriving from reserves?

Greebo had spent an irritating two minutes in that box. Technically, a cat locked in a box may be alive or it may be dead. You never know until you look. In fact, the mere act of opening the box will determine the state of the cat, although in this case there were three determinate states the cat could be in: these being Alive, Dead, and Bloody Furious.

Only thing I saw in the FAQ was that allied detachments can't repair HPs and other stuff from allied vehicles, couldn't find anything relating to my question.

A: No.
Very last page, right next to "Last updated September 2013"
