The Assault squad seems a bit out of place. personally I would drop it.

I would also consider making your tac units 10 man each (if you haven't already) you can then combat squad them into 5 mans after Drop pod entry. Also I suggest giving to of your dreadnaughts anti armor, a MM or some sort. ( I forget if the new Dreads still have the built in stuff)

I would advice against replacing stern guards bolters, just stick with combi weapons imo. their ammo is amazing.

If I drop the Assault Squad, I'd like to add another drop pod so I can have an odd number so I did that with the sternguard. Ironclads come with Melta Guns (Usually I find that suffices). With sternguard, they are just are just too good to not HF them. They can even scare hordes. You did however change my opinion on the list..... I have 10 points left now.

I would like to see a shield eternal on that MOTF but thats my personal thing for Hqs

Going pedro with scoring sternguard banditos is an option

Grav guns seem meh on the tacticals since they will be poding in and "moving". good old plasma might be better. and if points allow try to get a combi- on the sergeants for some extra pow.

Otherwise, your a little low on the AA with only 1 talon. but points limitation will make it hard to figure out :/

My meta doesn't bring any more than two and even thats a HUGE stretch. When they do, its like a Hunter or Tau Fighter.
