I wanted to start my long sided emperor's children army but have no idea's (have plenty for my demons but don't have the demons) all the Slaanesh stuff I see is too... well tame and safe for work, a real bummer.
I don't play so having to worry 'bout that is a thing of the past.
Basically hoping some of you good folks have some thoughts and idea's I could leech off of

Well it depends on what you exactly want to go for and how much effort you'll put into. Do you have a theme in mind?

You could try and kitbash chaos marines with other kits. DE or daemonettes to get more of a general slaanesh vibe.
Maybe a pain centered theme with lots or DE spikey bits added and sculpted leather and flayed skin. But also exposed flesh with spikes and other stuff pierced through it. Use razor whips as weapons and so on.

Or put a lot of tortured prisoners and slaves on your models. Straped on vehicles and dragged in chains behind your models if the base has enough room for that. (demon prince, terminator, ...)

My slaanesh marines have a strong noice theme and have "mixed" gender (with Slaanesh you never know what hides behind those crotchplates ) as well as highly decorated armor including female "decorative" breastplates.

Some examples of my stuff. But be warned, i converted a lot of them. It is a ton of effort. (And most of it is unpainted)

You could do some phallic weaponry! There was a student at my university that did an entire art exhibit of ceramic dick tanks. I think he ended up with about 50 of them, all slightly larger than a baneblade.

Again, never forget the general rule for Slaanesh: If it doesn't have tits, put tits on it. If it does have tits, give it MORE tits. Dudes? Give 'em tits. Weird snake demon with eight tits? Give it eleven tits.

To the op. piercings, gimp suits and general sensuality all scream slaanesh. Maybe posing your minis in impossible positions? Or a general s&m theme.

I'll never understand why so many people only choose to focus on the sexual aspects of Slaanesh.
After all, you can revel in excess of anything.

Tzeench revals in excessive knowledge,
Khorne; excessive violence,
Nurgle; excessive filth,
...
The Emperor; excessive Psyker juice.

Unfortunately, for a lot of people, Slaanesh represents their inner sex-addict and not a whole lot else.

HOWEVER
Sex is a prominent aspect of Slaanesh's being and having been spawned of Eldar drug-orgies (among other things)
I'd recommend things like syringes, tentacles, syringe-tipped tentacles (pleasure and pain are the same thing for some)
Bondage gear also wouldn't look out of place, e.g: whips, gags, leather straps/restraints, masks.

I personally like the idea of a ball gag stuffed into someone's mouth (possibly some long, sharp teeth protruding out in front of it).

I wouldn't recommend sculpting over-sized sex organs onto your miniatures. a more 'suggestive' approach might look good though.
...which has lead me to imagine a Slaanesh marine pitching a tent under his loin cloth
