Have we got any information about their current relations?

On the one hand DE are descendants of the necrons old enemies, on the other hand DE are really quite a bit away from the people they used to be.

Also I bet that the DE would be VERY interested in that warp-blocking technology of the Necrons.

An Eldar is an Eldar, and I think the current rule book puts them at Come the Apocalypse levels. Having said that, both races seem very diverse and I think the Dark Eldar allied themselves with the Necrons during the Crusade of Fire.

I also like to think some Crypteks, chiefly Szeras, would like to have a little chat with the Haemonculi about their magic soul sciences.

Actually the DE are the closest thing to pre fall Eldar. The craftwolders and exodites are the way they are as a way to control themselves and shy away from what caused the fall.

While the DE are still acting the same way they did pre fall. I would imagine that since DE are the most like old Imperial Eldar they have probably forgotten there duty to eliminate Necron. I believe that according to the Eldar codex only the Alotoic are still doing this.
