Hi all. I've posted this list several times before, but I've made a couple of edits, particularly in transports and Heavy Support. Any advice or criticism is greatly sought after. Thanks all.

With the devastators I'd recommend having only one type of weaponry to equip them for a specific role eg anti-tank. I'd take the melta bombs off your 2 tactical squads then it gives you enough points for 4 ML in the devastators.

Hmm, I was planning to have the Devastators as anti-horde, as Heavy Bolters and Frag Missiles can get a lot of wounds going. However, you've changed my mind; I'll take your advice and drop the melta bombs. Thanks.

I've looked over your list a couple of times and have a simple suggestion.
I realize ten terminators is intimidating,but, you could cut them back to five. I would use the points to get a podded ironclad and upgrade your other dread to an ironclad. This would give you three pods, allowing you to drop two ironclads first turn. Very nasty.
I don't think this would alter your battle plan too much except for actually reinforcing your alpha strike tenfold.
Just a thought.

I find that dreadnaughts are more hit and miss than terminators are, if its coming down to that, I would suggest keeping the terminators 1 because I like dem :3. 2. because in my exp. they are both huge aggro grabbers, and both can do a lot of damage (terminators more so imo) but I would suggest droping the heavy flamer for a missile launcher. (what role do you want these guys to play?) also imo dropping the speeders for a full lascannon dev team would be better.

Sorry, this list revolves around the speeders, I might do that in another list, but not in this one. But I do like your advice about dropping the flamer for another Missile Launcher.

I'm not sure if all of those beacons will be useful, especially if the tactical squad will be coming in later there's two there which points might be better spent elsewhere.

So if I dropped the Locator Beacon or the Teleport Homer on the Tactical Squad inside the Drop Pod, what would you suggest replacing the points with?

dont have my dex on me, but you could try and upgrade one dread to an ironclad with those points, although since i dont jhave my dex i dont know how much that costs

how come? you need the points, or ironclads cant take the weapons you want? dont really use dreads so not to familiar with there rules lol
