Would something like this work?

Imps as main, Bloodangels as detachment.
Large 50 man blops with Sanguinary Priest joined. One with an Reclusiarch (or a scriptor), since you need a bloodangels HQ. Backed up by Russes.

You get 50 man with FnP, enough cheap characters to never fear challenges so hidden "Powerklaw" becomes viable again, and due to the wording the whole troop has ATSKNF.

Seems like something which could potentially make a pretty good melee Blob (though Pieplates still evaporate the army xD).

I'm afraid the Priest's Blood Chalice only affects units from the BA codex.

alanmckenzie is correct. It's in GW's Blood Angels FAQ.
