Hi,
can anybody tell me how the reign of chaos result 8 is resolved against lizardmen?
it forces a leadership check on3d6 with wound for every point the leadership value is exceeded.
i seem to remember that there were in some old faq a suggestion for resolving this: which was that the 3d6 rule from the deamons and the cold blooded from the lizards cancel each other so that it would become a simple test on 2d6.
but i cant find any reference.
any idea how to do it?
regards
alex

I think it's just the standard 3d6. No adjustments. But I can't find anything written other than the standard Reign of Chaos rule.

Hmmm. Do you think that the reign of chaos totally overrides the cold blooded's remove highest die from 3d6?

I think so. Because reign of terror isn't a standard ld test.
I must admit I am only partially familiar with thr Lizardman ability though/
What does the Lizardman text read?

Cold-blooded states that you add a d6 to any leadership roll and take away the highest. So you would roll 4d6 and remove the highest.

As above. You take the test on 3D6 usually, with lzards you take it on 4D6, dropping the highest.

This.
Cold Blooded doesn't say test on 3 dice. It says roll an extra die and drop the highest.
If you were going up a vampire list with a screaming banner, you could be taking fear tests on 4D6, dropping both the highest and the lowest.
Basically, any time you take leadership test of any type, roll an extra die and discard the highest.
