Celestine just doesn't fit anywhere if you go for full out
MSU, there are other possible lists like blob sisters with jacobus and celestine with Crusaders and preist as screening 3++ rerollable units, and it would work, the problem that you run into with sisters is points, if you want the celestine blob, you have to drop 3 immolator squads, either the command and 2 troops or 3 troops or anything else, it comes down to nuts and bolts and this is one of two lists that are completely min maxed to take advantage of the things that sisters can abuse.

Again sisters national tournament viability depends on how condemnor bolt guns work against units I will continue to say this till i am blue in the face.
If you only need to take 4-6 in a list to kill any psyker stars, i.e. it perils entire units, than you have alot more options I would immediately drop the command squad and add another melta dominion squad, 10 points difference between the 2 so you would trim another 5 man troop choice to 2 flamers and have more scoutning meltas, also you can maintain 6 condemnors and put plasma on the priests so the firepower of the units goes way up.
As far as matchups goes, its going to depend on deployment and who has the best first turns v.s. tau and necrons, also how many night scythes they get on turn 2. You have all the tools to kill wraiths and
AB's as dominions ignore cover and get a +3 to pen rolls on the
AB, and all meltas double out wraiths and since everything is
AP 1 you can't tank it on the lords, its a fight, but an even one, you can pretty much focus fire one wraith/lord unit and tarpit the other one, 1-2 sister squads with 3+ rerollable can actually survive a turn get killed on the enemies when you turn off the rerollable armor and or have 1-2 sisters left and than you can shoot them after the combat.
Tau lists have to alpha you to win, scouting dominions are a huge threat both as a shooter and as a tarpit if they get into combat with anything in the tau lines.
Horde deamons depends entirely on the makeup, Deamonettes and seekers are trouble, but with condemnors there wont be any herald support, anything that can't get through 3+ re-rollable can be tarpitted.
Flying deamons are a problem, but just like anything else if they get grounded/fly down they will get shot off the table and i would argue that condemnor spam is probably the easiest way to kill princes as all you have to do is hit as many times as they have wounds, not to mention
str 8
ap 1 spam is faily effective against princes.
I'm not going to claim that this is an auto win, but I don't see any hard counters in the meta and depending on how many condemnors you have to take the list gets scarier.
The general themes here are just gross, I think it will take a little time to sink in but 5 man squads of sisters with priest are pretty resilient, a good sisters general will use them as speedbumps that allow you to time when opponents units come out of combat, use rerollable saves on your turn, than switch to priest smash on the opponents do damage, and die that turn to allow the sisters to shoot the next, fearless, plus being able to basically dictate when they die is amazing.
