I'd replace the Sternguard with a Dreadnought in a Drop Pod.
Moreover, Dev squads also work without ablative wounds. Normally, the enemy has juicier targets than Devs camping in the back field.

Not bad. I'm assuming no CC and that Kantor will be going with one of the sternguard squads? Also, I'm not sure if you're taking this to be a TAC list or a list specific to the people you play with, but I might get a Hunter or two or maybe an ADL+QG for AA. Again, if you know there's no need then nevermind but it is something to consider.

the ten man devs will be combat squading and the 2 non-heavy weapons squads will screen any CC units off the heavy weapons. or at least, that's my thought

its just that, most of the flying units in my area are hell drakes, and at 2k a QG won't be enough. I am just focusing on wiping most of their troops and vehicles before they come on.
