Which Space Marine Chapter tactic do you find most useful? Which do you see the most of in your meta? Do you find that any one is objectively better/worse than the others to the point of being a must/never pick?

Best is very different from favorite.
I answered your poll with White Scars as they are the chapter that gets most out of their trait.

I'm an Iron Hands fan, myself. It Will Not Die is a godsend to mech lists

Favorite: I would have to say the insane style of the Space Wolves

Best: In all honesty probably goes to Minotaurs, there is alot to be said for generally rolling into a battlefield with the entire chapter

*sigh* I REALLY wanted to say Salamanders but if I had to choose (I don't have the recent codex) I'd have to go with Iron Hands.

Salamanders of course! With a flamer-heavy list, you become almost immune to tarptits, Master crafted is always nice, and with Vulkan you have master-crafted MELTAS! This is a big damn deal when all of your best guns always get a re-roll.

"and the most pimpin' of them all... were the Salamanders.

Favorite Space wolves but its a close call between them and the White scars.

I like being able to be so diverse on the field and still manage to be effective and cheapish with the wolves between being heavy shooty or heavy assault

but I do lack large amounts of the same fast attack effectivness the White Scars seem to bring to the table (in this case literally)

Iron Hands is just damn amazing. If I wasn't already a Salamanders player, I'd seriously think about switching over.

I like Ultras (but you need Calgar to get the most out of it) thanks to the versatility, and the less-powerful-but-more-reliable IF tactic is also nice. I tend to pick one of these most games. (As I tend to play a force from multiple chapters, I just use whatever CT my HQ has, and I have UM and IF HQs)

The Raven Guard one is actually quite scary, especially for mech armies. Even for foot armies, the speed they pick up from Scout is pretty alarming to face, getting them in optimum range faster.

I haven't really seen all of them in action, but on paper I really like the Iron Hands and It Will Not Die.

I play Fists and i gotta say that i like my tactics, rerolling ones makes my bolter marines hit 75% of the time, makes pretty much every IC twin linked, which are both nice additions.

The real winner is Devs with Tank Hunters; lascannons wreck face, Missle Launchers with flakk missles are pretty good at anti-air, even 4 heavy bolters are pretty good against light armour, what with them benefiting from bolter drill and tank hunters.

There is only the Emperor! He is our shield and protector.

Getting a model to Reroll, good. Getting a whole Unit to reroll, better. Getting a whole army's worth of rerolls, Best! Crimson Fists all the way,(Imperial Fists.)

I have Salamanders, and will play them as Salamanders since that's how they are painted(I like the immersion), but I do like the Iron Hands rules better.

Favourite is ultramarines (and this is how I voted). Though that may be because that's the chapter I've always liked, and always played. And because Tigurius is just so ridiculous as an ally I have to go with them. (I play IG with allied SM for the record).

The best really depends on how you play your army, really hard to say within a vacuum, though I think White Scars shades it, with Raven Guard being the worst by some distance.

White scar is the best, bike lists I think are still the top tier for marines, so another 1 on jink is awesome.

I prefer RG, but mainly for BR flavor (but MW seem good too in that regard). Power Wise, skilled rider on bike spam is very valuable for WS, yet IH makes your guys tougher, given the Taudar AP3/2 saturation and IWND for your Land Raiders and Rhinos. I'd say IH.

Well, I play fluffy Raven Guard, with lots of Assault Marines and footslogging infantry (Scouts, Tactical Marines, Devestators and Sternguard) so the RG Chapter Tactics are naturally the most useful to me and they most suit my preferred playstyle.

Though I am annoyed that the Scout & Stealth does not apply to jump pack units - Raven Guard Assault units are explicitly described in fluff as staying hidden in order to launch an ambush or surprise attack. Scout & Turn 1 Stealth would represent this perfectly.

(see Hunt for Voldorius and Kayvaan Shrike's fluff in 5th Ed Codex).

Seeing as everyone are saying that Assault in general has been nerfed pretty heavily with 6th ed, would Scouting jump pack units with Turn 1 Stealth really be so bad? Aren't (Game) Turn 1 Assaults no longer allowed anyway? Certainly, it wouldn't be any worse than the White Scars Chapter Tactics.

Speaking of which, overall I think the White Scars Chapter Tactics are the most powerful. Seems like White Scars may be awesome now.

Followed by Imperial Fists and Iron Hands tied for 3rd place. Imperial Fists might make for a fun defensive gunline army (which, strangely I play quite often with my Raven Guard with my Devestators, Tactical Marines and Scouts). And Iron Hands should make for great tank and mechanised armies.

It would have been nice to have a Blood Ravens Chapter Tactics though, with bonuses for Librarians, a Tigurius equivalent (Azariah Kyras??) and Gabriel Angelos (maybe just as an upgrade for a Chapter Master, giving him a Thunder Hammer relic and Feel No Pain bionics).

I like the new chapter tactics from FW for the Raptors.

Spoiler:
The Raptors (Progenitors: Raven Guard)
One of the few known successors of the Raven Guard, the
Raptors maintain a spirit of independence, with their individual
companies often spending centuries apart developing unique
tactics and strategies that are later reincorporated into the
Chapter’s flexible combat doctrine. Even amongst such expert
marksman as the Adeptus Astartes, the Raptors are rightly
famed and feared for their ability to place lethally accurate
bolter fire onto enemy units, a skill often practised from
ambush to devastating effect.

Strike from the Shadows (as per the Raven Guard Chapter
Tactic in Codex: Space Marines): Models in this detachment
have the Scout special rule. In addition, on the first game turn,
models in the detachment have the Stealth special rule. Note
that units which contain models with any variant of the Bulky
special rule do not benefit from either rule.

Legendary Marksmen: Any unit with this special rule that does
not move in the Movement phase of their turn may choose
to gain the Rending special rule when firing in the Shooting
phase of that turn with boltguns, combi-weapons fired as
boltguns or bolt pistols.

When using this rule, all boltguns, combi-weapons used as
boltguns and bolt pistols fired are counted as being Heavy 1
weapons instead of Rapid Fire or Pistol type weapons for that
turn.

Ruthlessness is the kindness of the wise.
