Hey guys this is an Eldar 1500 that I would like some help on expanding to 2000 points. I was thinking about maybe a unit of broadsides and a Riptide? I would like to hear what you guys think.

well first thing is that you upgraded your serpent wrong. it needs scatter lasers instead. Honestly to be brief, its the only way to go. look at every other list that has a serpent in it (which is basically every one) and you will see what im talking about.

best to have one walker squad with bls, other with scatter lasers.
reapers very expenisve, and there points could be better spent.
far seer adn spirit sear both are kind of wasted. wraithgaurd don need to be troop, you already have 2, and it wont benifit them really. i would drop spirit sear, and make far seer a laughing sear.

As is, I take it your farseer/buffmander join the reapers turn 1 after they pop out of the serpent? Their serpent is used to keep them safe?

I agree about swapping the location of your scatter lasers and bright lances. No points changes, but you gain some oomph.

A farseer to guide the walkers is nice, but the reapers currently wont need guide with the buffmander around. If you roll a decent eldar power(fortune or guide) or are trying to get invisibility I can see some additional merits to the seer. Just make sure you have enough killing power worth buffing.

Kroot do well with a hound for outflanking, and serpents need holo fields.

For 2k, a squad of broadsides would be a great addition for more stuff to buff and more gunline goodness. Same with a riptide, and maybe another troop.

The most important rule of 40K-Page XVII of the 6th edition rulebook, the figure at the top right of the page. "Shake hands with your opponent and thank them for a good battle and fun experience." Then go out for a beer.
