Hi all
New guy here, first ever post. I've been painting iniaturtes for my sons for quite a few years now, don't tend to game but really enjoy the painting side and making scenery & terrain.
I'm helping my son with a Death Korps/Steel Legion army. I've tried 2 different colour schemes but I'm not sure which is best. Opinions are divided here at home so some other views would be very welcome.
Also, I've posted some pics of the DKK general, just because I'm pretty pleased with how he's come out.
All advice/comments welcome, cheers !

Personally i like the brown as almost everyone and there grandma does grey.

The blue/grey scheme looks much more finished. The brown just looks like it is missing something.

Yes Desubot, I know what you mean, however it looks like the vote is going to be grey. My son has decided he prefers this.
So I guess grey it is.

Why not both. you cold mix them for a more unique army. it doesn't have to be all homogeneous across the board y'know. this IS the 41'st millennium.

Welcome. They both look good in my opinion. You could certainly use both with one as the main (footslogger) infantry force while the other is the uniform of the mechanised infantry (for example).

I've gone for white and grey DKOK paint scheme - looks surprisingly well on the flak armoured engineers and grenadiers.
hows your army list looking for the moment?
