I have the above shoulder pad and I don't want to put it on the wrong model. What does that shoulderpad represent for in the Dark Angel chapter?

It's the Dark Angels Techmarine shoulder pad (I've got many). GW uses them for vehicle crew and such, but you can put them on your actual Techmarine models instead of using the standard one.
