Belial deepstrikes Turn 1 with the assault cannon squad, and the two cyclone squads start at the edge of my deployment firing away while moving forward.
The whirlwind sits out of site somewhere and drops barrages on infantry
I'm not really sure if this list is any good as I'm new to all termy lists.

drop one of the DW for a unit of knights, knights win games. duo whirlwinds are... sub par. much less one. drop it imo. also, belial works best with TH/SS gear

Two shots with a cyclone isn't much try a plasma canon, or a command squad.. With apothecary and banner, what about thunder hammer ss termies your list has no obvious strengths

Knights are a must IMO
