I remember last time it was discussed a few people were interested so I thought I'd bring some info and video's together now that we're less than a month away (release on Nov. 22).

Its coming along very nicely. Last time a lot of us were worried it looked TOO much like A Link to the Past. But it looks very much like later game is a beast of its own.



Judging from this trailer, the reason so much of what we saw of the beginning was similar to A Link to the Past is because we wake up the Master Sword the same way. Which in my opinion is fine Links new ability seems to be gaining quite a lot of potential for puzzles as seen in both of the trailers.

Lorule, while being a bit silly named. at the very least looks like its going to be interesting to explore.

In its own way to shake up the mechanics of the games and keeping you one a one way path they've entered Ravio's store. You can go to Ravio and rent items (later buy but for quite the price tag) to allow you to "supposedly" tackle the dungeons in whatever order you wish. It'll be interesting to see how that plays out.

And at the very least the music is shaping up to be as awesome as it usually is in the series:



Also you may notice a familiar mask in Ravio's shop... So far they have been pretty tight lipped about it. merely saying something to the effect of "people who want a sequal to Majora's may want to give this a play."

Ahhhh, I'm so pumped for this game! I just picked up a 3DSXL for the Pokemon Y release, and it'll be great to have this game too. I recently replayed A Link to the Past about a month ago to prep for this release

I am too, so very excited, I've preordered it already. Just wish I had the money for the special XL. It looks very very nice.

Exactly. I'm just glad I caught word of the Windwaker Wii U right before I almost bought a normal one! Nintendo, I love them, But their themed consoles always burn a hole in my pocket

Really though. New Sonic, new Pokemon, new Zelda. It's like a wonderland for the DS right now!

So as we get closer reviewers are starting to get the per-release copies and all the news is great! Gamegen gave it a 10/10, saying they'd want nothing changed. Also a dutch reviewer already 100% the game , They got 18.5 hours out of it, So knowing me I'm going to slowly meander around listening to music and generally faffing about. I'm going to easily get 25-30 out of it

I cant help but share it! Only9 more days. Then however long it takes the pre-order to get here...

EDIT: Also, forgot where I read it but one reviewer is claiming it takes only 5 mins till the first dungeon if you want to go straight away. Are we going to finally see a death of the drawn out beginnings? I'm all for telling a story but the last couple have been a little heavy handed in the beginning.
