Have the oblits, HQ's, and havocs on the landing pad giving everyone a 3+ invulnerable save and LD 10. Sorcerer rolls on Biomancy and telepathy. Cultists are in reserves and always hiding until safe to capture stuff. Heldrakes, well.... Heldrakes

pretty sure you cant have this army as if you are using allies they have to be from a different codex to the primary detachment.

Well, I know a 3++ is great for oblits, but I'd still prefer MoN and just a 4++ instead as this would keep them safe from S8 (which is very common). This is especially a risk against charged riptides throwing S8 AP2 pie plates at you which, as you probably know, riptides are also very common in the current meta.

Also, you need more troops. 30 cultists at the 2000pt level isn't nearly enough. Personally, I'd drop a helldrake to get more. Helldrakes are great, no question there, but four of them is redundant to the point where you simply won't need that many. Three should be fine.

Also, you need to drop 2 points. 2000pt tourny TOs won't let you enter unless you're exactly 2k or below.

I'm still unsure how this would deal with say, Tau, Mechdar or daemons. Unfortunately the CSM codex is so underwhelming it's incable of even having cheese lists.
