It's presumably the latest SM codex with one of the limited edition covers. In this case Raven Guard.

Limited Ed covers featured an actual Marine not a Shoulder pad.
EDIT: Covers here: http://www.talkwargaming.com/2013/08/codex-space-marine-covers-revealed.html

Well, he has a 99.8% positive feed back. So I would say it's true.

One problem with that. The LE Ravenguard cover looks like this:
If that things real I'm the Queen of England. Automatically Appended Next Post: Actually now that I think about it that sale item just bothers me. There is no image of the book, nothing to show it really exists, just an image of the shoulder pad that doesn't really match anything from the books.
Honestly I don't trust it and without evidence of a real book I wouldn't be willing to put my money down on it.

Espcially as RG normally have white helmets , and in keeping having the Claws on the front would have been more RG.

No they don't... It's just characters and ( IIRC) veterans who have white helmets.

Where exactly does the eBay seller say the picture is of the codex?

I did mention that the picture doesn't actually show any actual item, hence why I'm skeptical. I would not be surprised if it was the standard codex with a homemade Raven Guard cover on it.

It does say "Items will arrive as pictured, No more, No less." Which is a bit disconcerting.
With their feedback rating its probably legit but there are some red flags they should have avoided.

lol to many red flags, if anything msg and ask for more photos, that way if he fails to provide the proper book you have proof and ebay will refund you your money and you will probably be able to keep whatever you bought.

Not hard to take pics. Almost everyone has a cell phone. Take pic and upload.
I wouldn't get it. I would even go to eBay and tell them it looks like a product being sold that is not even legit.
