Tactics:

Khan and the IH Chapter Master ride with either of the Bike Squads depending on the circumstances, the scout USR catapulting the CM to a place where he'll cause havoc and wreck face. If I come up against Riptides they'll be killing them foremost.

The KWS Tac Squad outflanks or pulls off a maximum distance deploy+scout+move alpha strike to decimate any infantry holding objectives so they can then sit on them; although the Bike Squad has a dozen or so advantages for almost the same price it prevents me from auto-losing in the event I come up against, shock horror, elevated objectives as well as providing that AP4 ignores cover template the Bikers can't get for flushing out Firewarriors.

The IH Tactical Squad sits on the home objective(s) and acts as an immovable object capable of repelling any targets that appear with the support of the Quad Gun. The Storm Raven provides support and AA where necessary.

5 units in a 1500pts list is very small IMO, and I think the list is highly fragile with little true synergy. With the exception of Grav you kind of have only one thing to deal with any given threat, e.g. one unit only to deal with horde, only one AT unit, only one AA unit.

I think extreme lists will tear it apart. Looking at it at face value, it seems you are neutering yourself from more Bikes down to mediocre Tacs (with an awful set-up BTW; Grav on Infantry is terrible) just to make Wheels IH, which isn't really that necessary on a 2+/3++ EW T5 W4 character. I'd just make the lot White Scars and drop the Tacs for more Bikes and some Scouts. Also, diversify your weapons a bit more. Mech lists might give you a problem one they start wittling down your Grav guns and/or knock out your Raven.
