My wishlist for 6th edition codex Lictors

Move to Fast Attack slot
1-3 per squad
Beasts (Character)
Cost 110 points each
WS 6 BS 3 S 4 T 4 W3 I 6 A 3 Ld 10 As +5
Rending claws
Scything talons
Adrenal glands (furious charge)
Toxin Sacs (poison)

Special rules:

Bred Assassin
Precession strikes can be made on a +5
Has the "Zealot", "Hit and Run" and "Rampage" USR

Chameleon skin:
Lictors have "Infiltrate", "stealth", and "shroud" USR and can assault into terrain without initiative penalty. Lictors can only be fired on by snap shots on the first turn they are on the table.

Pheramone trail:
You may reroll one deep strike scatter distance die per Lictor on the table. Also any friendly unit that deep strikes within 6 inches of a Lictor does not scatter.

Rules for Death Leaper:

Move to Fast Attack slot and becomes a Lictor upgrade

Cost 160 points (Base cost 110 +50)

Rending claws
Scything talons
Adrenal glands (furious charge)

Engineered Assassin
Precession strikes can be made on a +4
Rends on wound rolls of +5
Has the "Zealot", "Hit and Run" and "Rampage" USR
Has "Instant Death" USR against enemy Warlords

Superior Chameleon skin:
Lictor/Deathleaper have "Infiltrate", "stealth", and "shroud" USR and can assault into terrain without initiative penalty. Lictor/Deathleaper can only be fired on by snap shot on the first turn they are on the table. Additionally the Deathleaper and the Lictors attached to his unit can deepstrike and donot scatter if it deep strikes within 12 inches of the enemy warlord.

I like it overall. Only thing I think can be to good is the pheromone trail. Since I am sure Tyranids will get a bunch of fun stuff that can arrive in reserve in different ways, having that 2+ to arrive is almost an auto include in a army, now for the death leaper it could work if his rule was he had to stay in reserve then came in automatically turn 2 and then that rule could be used on turn 3, but anyways.

I like everything else for lictors it makes sense. I am also a fan of lictors too

I believe this might be a rumoured rule for the new 'Nids, but you could include it anyway, but you could have it that anything shooting at the Lictor on the turn it arrives may only fire Snap Shots to represent their surprise. I think 210 points is a lot for Death Leaper though. While he'll be good in CC, once the enemy can draw a decent weapon against him he'll soon drop quickly, even with Stealth and Shrouding. I think maybe 160-170pts would be suitable for it., or make him an upgrade for a unit of Lictors, otherwise it's a whole FA slot taken up by him.
