Your autarch is going to have to fly solo with the mantle. Now, I can see some tricksy stuff with the rifle and jump gen, but a solo T3 model is asking for trouble, even with a re roll to failed cover saves. Helldrakes, vector strikes, GK incinerators, and a plethora of other things can ruin your day. You are MUCH better taking your autarch on a bike. Same points, higher T value, faster movement, and much more corsair esque. If your going solo, go fast and bikesnipe. Never risk a warp jump with a solo autarch, its dangerous enough as it is in a squad! I would advise taking a more melee laughingtaurch, like laser lance on a bike, or a close range kit. If points are tight, take the scorpion chainsword. Dirt cheap, S4 and Ap6, plus the extra attack with your pistol. Nothing fancy, but too good for the cost.
I always try to give my farseers a singing spear, but I know points are tight and it is far from required. That S9 shot at BS5 can really save your bacon but don't force it into your list.
Personally, I am not a fan of warlocks. I do understand their massive utility, particularly on bikes, just not a fan. 1 perils later, combined with Ld8 makes them super unreliable. Try and score protect for 2+ armor on the bikes, then default conceal. Renewer might be fun to heal your seer/autarch/knight.
I love prisms, they are fantastic for the cost albeit a bit unreliable. Just guide them and they do fine. Walkers are also great, but they are slower, far more fragile and expensive. Its up to you, both are great, just depends on what you want. Holo fields are fantastic on prisms, and I would strongly suggest finding the points.
Warp spiders are great, and even 5 regular models can really decimate. If your going to take an exarch, fast shot is the reason to do so, but you get more cost effectiveness just taking another spider(and it saves you a point to make 1500). I normally use stock 5 as drop in and destroy commandos for things like tanks or small elite units. Only use the warp jump if your desperate, it is not worth the risk unless you need it. Between fleet and battle focus I can usually get to where I need to go.
Striking scorpions are ok, but the exarch NEEDS a claw, no exceptions. S6 ap2 at initative will roll over most of your average sarges, and even some of the decent ones. Another thing to take is monster hunter. For the cost, this power is outright criminal. With this power, 10 scorpions can drop a tervigon(shooting+charge) in a single turn. It may not come up often, but when it does it makes the world of difference. Also try to get more scorpions, as they are a weight of dice unit.
