These two breeds of abhuman are mentioned in the main rulebook, but there doesn't seem to be any detail about them other than their names and the names of their homeworlds. Unlike some of the other abhumans, it's pretty difficult to guess what they are meant to be like.

'Troth' means an oath or pledge and their homeworld is called Verdant, suggesting that it's some kind of forest world.

'Neandor' seems to be Greek for 'New Man' and their homeworld, Hyannoth IV, doesn't seem to translate to anything so far as I can tell, so we've got pretty much nothing to go on there.

Troth could be a slight change on the Egyptian God Thoth (occasionally pictured with baboon head), and thus end up being a Monkey Man abhuman race.

Neandor just brings to mind Neanderthals to me, slightly bigger, stronger and with bigger brains than modern man but not too different.

Neandor is Neanderthals to me too.

Troths are "Homo Sapien Verdantus". They are endemic to the world of Verdant, and cannot leave it due to their mutation.

Their name (troth/homo sapien verdantus) means "pledge, vow, oath / green people". A mix of human an plant? Treants? Plant people?.
