I know the list that you are going to read is out of place and everywhere, but this is what I could make with whatever models I've had for three years of collecting. I'm using white scars chapter tactics for my homebrew chapter. Anywho, here's the list I've written up for a friendly game in the future. Yes, I do not have anything in my elite slots, as all I have are terminators and sternguard (not enough rhinos currently for them). If I do get the ability to acquire more models, I will consider any suggestions to add into the army. I usually play against Chaos, orks, IG and other space marines.

HQ

Kor'sarro Khan- 150
Moondrakken

Master of the Forge- 130
Bike
Conversion beamer

Troops

2x10 Tactical Squads- 430
1x Plasma Gun
1x Plasma Cannon
Veteran Sergeant
Rhino

1x10 Tactical Squad 200
1x Flamer
1x Heavy Bolter
Veteran Sergeant w/ melta bomb
Rhino

8x Bike Squad-248
Attack bike w/ Multi-melta
2x Plasma guns

Fast Attack

3x Land Speeders- 225
3x Typhoon Missile Launchers

Stormtalon Gunship- 125
Skyhammer missile launcher

Heavy Support

Vindicator- 135
Siege shield

Ironclad Dreadnought- 200
Heavy Flamer (replacing storm bolter)
2x Hunter-killer missiles
Drop-pod

sorry, but your list has very little "white scar" ness in it. if you want to use white scars drop all your troops bar bikes,(tacs) and grab more bike squads usually 6-7 with an attack bike with MM, drop the vindicator and dreadnaught for more typhoon speeders w/ MMs and some HF/HF speeders (2-1 split on 3x squads.

Alright, but any suggestions if I decided to not go for white scars?

Change to Iron Hands drop khan, make him a chapter master on a bike,

Now drop the bike squad to 5 with an AB add another Vindi( they are best in pairs)
That should be close to about right on points but just make sure you have shield eternal on him you either a) run him with burning blade and use him as a mob clean up or kit him out for anti MC

this looks very iron handsy, that or you may get by with IF or salamanders. if your keen on using the walkers and tanks Iron hands is probably your best bet.

So will I need to do anything else if I do commit to these changes? I'm more likely to give the chapter master the shield eternal with a thunderhammer to keep him reasonably priced

Based on looking at the list again, Iron Hands would be better for what I got than White Scars.

honeslty when you said the list was "out of place and all over" i expected a newbie list, but this list is actually quite nice. while there are some things to change, as in a woudnt bother with veteran searent, or melta bombs on that one tac sareant, its a good lsit.

also like others say, IH would work better than white scars.

The only reason I put a melta-bomb on a sergeant because I had only 8 points and I didn't know what else to do with it besides giving the Master of the Forge a Auspex. I took the Veteran Sergeants because I'm too used to leadership 9 for morale checks. By out of place, I meant the fact my list had lots of one-ofs, which is something I picked up back in 5th edition.
