I've seen an Ultramarine Carnifex used in an Apocalypse game.
Converted to have bionics on the head and with a Techmarine controller.
The opposition got a huge surprise when that thing popped out of the thunderhawk..

I dont know what I would have liked to seen more, an actual picture of the model or a picture of the dude's face when he got surprised by it!
