Tacticals in Rhinos scout up to ADL for a +3 cover save. Gravguns penetrate up to 6 inches into enemy's deployment zone(without moving)
Sternguard destroy heavy armor. Comms relay insures the arrival of the Stormraven full of Terminators and CM. Shrike and the assault marines hunt light infantry. Scouts hide on objective or hunt high Toughness creatures.

I think the chapter master is a waste of 210pts, you dont need him for any reason, just a terrible model for your list. I don't know how I feel about having your terminators rely on the storm raven for transport, since they wont get to where they need to be until turn 3 or later, and its very dangerous. I know you have the coms relay there for safety, but I feel putting your terminators so close to the ADL is a waste of using the stormraven. They have SS so they can WALK accross the board. I would use this a hundred times before using a stormraven, just doesn't make sense since the stormraven wont come in til late, you are dropping them close to the ADL, and they have Storm Shields, just doesn't add up. I also don't understand why you put meltabombs on your Assault Marine Srgt since you already have other stuff that would deal with MCs and AV.

If you cut out the Chapter Master, Stormraven, meltabomb, and coms relay you should have about 450 pts to use for what ever your list needs to be bolstered for your local meta, I would suggest Storm Talons, Quad Gun, and/or Laz Preds, but thats just me.
