I've found that the 20 guardian blob + a versatile Wraithlord is decent enough on its own to either distract fire from the skimmers or do a lot of damage turn 3 if unnoticed. Plus it's a decent bubble wrap for a single model in The Relic. What do you guys think?

It looks really good! I've been thinking about bringing the 20 guardians with a wraithlord and I tried it out yesterday but with 2 x 10 guardians instead.

I would recommend dropping the swooping hawks, you need 6 of them for their grenade pack to be effective. Plus you need the points to give your guardians 2 weapons platforms of either scatter lasers, starcannons, or shuriken cannons whichever you prefer.

I would kit out your wraith lord with 2 shuriken cannons, Scatter/starcannon, or 2 scatterlasers instead of the EML. It's just too expensive for 1 shot per turn.

Just a thought: I would spend any remaining points on a warlock to put with the guardians. If you did, it would allow you to take advantage of the iyanden supplement's voice of twilight for your wraith units.

I agree with Helvost about adding 2 weapon platforms to your guardians and dropping the hawks.Also agree about 2 different guns for your lord, but lance/lance is another combo you can use if you want.

I echo all the criticisms above. I'd also drop the Storm Guardians for regular Guardians - the option to take Flamers is cool, but it's just not enough to make up for halving the number of Shuriken shots you get.

Other than that, looks like a solid list that should do you well!
