Rough Rider with Boomstick

Traded a few things at my FLGS and this model was one of them. Thought it was cool so I traded for it. Have no clue what it is, but I am guessing it is some sort of dark angels thing because of the robes. So... what is it?

Resin Printer (minaitures) is a 4K printer with one of the largest build volumes available for a resin printer (192mm x 120mm x 245mm) with an amazing .01mm resolution! This professional printer is one of the best resin printers on the market!
FDM Printer (terrain) also has one of the largest build volumes available for an FDM printer (400mm x 400mm x 450mm) and has an amazing ,05mm build accuracy.

It's Azrael's pet gremlin in charge of watching his helmet when he doesn't feel like wearing it. Not sure what he does (if anything).

That is Supreme Grand Master Azrael's Helmet Bearer. The helmet is part of Azrael's wargear, and it is represented by a separate model on the tabletop that has no interaction with other models in the game besides giving a 4++ to Azrael and any unit he is with. The little guy is called a Watcher in the Dark.

Not the same exact model - but the plastic Deathwing box now comes with a similar Watcher that holds a Relic. That's the one you're thinking of.
