Extra armour is not worth the points. i would see about getting another pod in there though. Drop the priest sincce he really isn't doing much for you at this point. that will free up enough points to put ALL of your Dreads in a drop pod or buff up some of your squads.

Also a Strom Shield if you can purchase it on your Captain would be much better than 2 Thunder Hammers

he is already 2+/4++ sides, two TH model looks epic winness.

Extra armor is pretty valuable in my experience.
