I have been throwing ideas around on building an imperial guard army all about the outflank. (It is amazing how many styles of play the imperial guard cater to). I just need some help with bouncing ideas around and coming up with a solid, real, semi-competitive list. (I want to be able to win at least a few games

) Though, I have a reputation for being extremely adaptable and versatile among those I play against. (Which has been also proving true in
MTG games)
Beyond Vendetta Spam and Mechvet Spam I want to make a platoon-based light infantry army, while focusing on the aspects of outflanking, scout, infiltrate, and deepstrike. The idea I have been mixing with is a Al'Rahem/Creed combo supported with Scout Sentinels and Stormtroopers.

If I were to expand in 250 point increments, what would be a good idea to add until 2000, starting with Creed and his outflanking unit? (Mainly adding to what is there, instead of dropping and adding of course.)
Again, I am focusing on light infantry, but I will take units like Hellhounds and perhaps a Vendetta or two for dropping melta
PCS down for objectives or whatever. (Probably a budget expansion for a cheap yet effective series of additions) So if any of you have ideas on this, I am all eyes.
